Our number one goal is to make you a happy, returning customer! Feel free to return any item that you are not thrilled to own.

To return an item, please call us at 1-206-427-3307 to secure a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

 

Return Eligibility

​

• All RMA requests must be made within 30 days of item delivery.
   

• Returns made within that 30-day window can receive a refund to the original form of payment.
   

• Before a credit is issued, the item must be returned and received by us.
   

• We do not refund shipping costs, or cover the cost of return shipping.
   

• If the item is received in brand new working condition and has not been used, we will refund 100% of your item cost.
   

 

Damaged in Shipping?

​

If your item was damaged by the shipping carrier:

​

• All shipping damage and breakage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
   

• We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and expedite a replacement.
   

• Please contact us at 1-206-427-3307 to report any merchandise damaged in transit.
   

 

Defective Items – Replacement Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by emailing help@nomadsportinggoods.com or calling 1-206-427-3307
    

2. Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
    

3. Return the defective item to us (customer is responsible for return shipping)
    

4. Once received, we will ship a replacement product
    

 

Defective Items – Refund Instead of Replacement

If you no longer want a replacement for a defective product, we will refund 100% of your item cost. To request a refund:

​

• Contact us via email (help@nomadsportinggoods.com) or call 1-206-427-3307 to get an RMA number
   

• Return the defective item (customer is responsible for return shipping)
   

• Your refund will be processed once the item is received
   

 

Warranty Policy

​

Nomad Sporting Goods offers a limited warranty on all products.

​

Some products carry manufacturer warranties that are longer. Products with expiration dates — such as pepper spray — have warranties that expire when the product does.

​

Unless otherwise specified:

​

• We will repair products using new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, for 90 days from original purchase
   

• Product must be shipped back in original packaging
   

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility
   

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
   

• A purchase receipt or emailed invoice is required for warranty claims
   

 

Warranty Covers

• Defects in materials
   

• Defects in workmanship
   

• Normal use issues
   

 

Warranty Does Not Cover

​

• Damage from shipping (see separate return policy)
   

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling
   

• Products not supplied by Nomad Sporting Goods
   

• Commercial use or unauthorized service
   

• Modifications or alterations
   

• Acts of God
   

• Disposable items (batteries, pepper spray, etc.)

Limits and Exclusions

There are no express warranties except as listed above.

Nomad Sporting Goods shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty.

All express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty period specified above.

​

State Law Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

​

 

Returns Must Meet the Following Conditions

• Item must be in original packaging
   

• Must include all components in good working order
   

• Items not meeting these terms may be denied refund or replacement
